Handling both B2C and B2B effortlessly

Whether you serve 500 walk-in customers a day or issue invoices for corporate clients, the workflow is built directly into your cashier screen.

1. Consolidated e-Invoice (Walk-ins)

For standard retail and F&B operations, 95% of customers just want a normal receipt. You do not need to ask every customer for their Tax Identification Number (TIN).

The COKOPOS Magic:

The system quietly groups all these standard receipts in the background. At the end of your billing cycle (e.g., monthly), it automatically aggregates the data and submits one single "Consolidated e-Invoice" to LHDN to keep you compliant.

2. Individual e-Invoice (On Demand)

Occasionally, a corporate client will ask for a formal tax invoice to claim business expenses. Doing this manually on the MyInvois portal while a queue is waiting is a nightmare.

Instant Validation:

The cashier hits "Request e-Invoice", enters the customer's TIN or scans their QR code. COKOPOS instantly transmits the JSON to LHDN, receives the validation, and prints the receipt complete with the official LHDN QR code.

Why pay for Middleware?
Native integration is better.

Many legacy POS providers in Malaysia cannot handle the API load, so they force you to purchase expensive third-party "Middleware" software just to connect to LHDN.

  • Legacy Approach: POS -> Export to Excel -> Middleware -> LHDN (Prone to errors and sync failures).
  • COKOPOS Architecture: POS <-> Direct API <-> LHDN MyInvois.

LHDN e-Invoice FAQs

Clearing up the confusion around the Malaysian tax mandate.

What is a Consolidated e-Invoice in Malaysia?

For B2C businesses (like cafes and mini-marts), most customers don't need a tax invoice. LHDN allows you to combine all these normal receipt transactions into one 'Consolidated e-Invoice' and submit it periodically. COKOPOS automates this compilation and submission entirely.

Do I need to buy third-party middleware to connect my POS to LHDN?

No. Unlike legacy systems that require you to buy expensive integration software, COKOPOS has a native, built-in API connection directly to the MyInvois portal at no extra setup cost.

How does a customer get a validated LHDN receipt?

When a customer requests an e-Invoice, the cashier enters their TIN (Tax Identification Number) into COKOPOS. The system pings the LHDN server instantly, gets it validated, and prints a physical receipt with the official LHDN QR code link.

What happens if my shop loses internet connection?

LHDN rules allow a 72-hour grace period for submission. If your internet goes down, the COKOPOS Offline Mode allows you to keep printing normal receipts. Once your connection is restored, the POS automatically queues and pushes the data to LHDN.
